If you want to login to your WordPress site using your GitHub username and password, you can simply do it using our WP OAuth Client plugin. Once you configure the GitHub with WordPress plugin, you can sso/login to your WordPress site using GitHub credentials. This plugin also allows you to map your WordPress account different roles based on your GitHub attributes/groups. Please follow the steps given below to configure your GitHub account with WordPress and setup the Single Sign On.

3. You will be shown a form where you have to enter Application Name and Callback URI. Fill the form with appropriate
information and click on the Register Application.
NOTE: Callback URI is the URI where the user will be sent after authorization.
4. After registering the application, you will be given Client ID and Client Secret.
5. Copy these credentials in MO OAuth Plugin configuration on corresponding fields.
