How to Customize 2FA login pop up and Email Notifications?

Follow the steps given below to Customize 2FA Login pop up and email notifications.

1. Customize UI of Login Pop ups.

• Go to your WordPress instance and log in as an administrator.
• Now, click on the miniOrange 2-Factor plugin visible in the menu on the left side.


• Go to the Premium Options tab.


• Search for the Customize UI of Login Pop up feature in the Premium Option tab.


• Now, click on Select Color ,choose a color for your UI of Login Pop up.


• Click on Save Settings.
• Note : Popup Background Image will be updated only if Popup Background Color is clear or not selected.


• We have successfully customized the UI of login pop-up.
• Now during login, you can see your customized login Pop up.



2. Customize Email Template for OTP Over Email.

• Go to Customize Email Template for OTP Over Email feature in the Premium Option tab.
• Enter the Email Subject of your choice. (The default subject is 2-Factor Authentication).
• You can customize the email template by adding images and changing the email content.
• After customizing the email content, click on the Save Email configuration button.
• Note: You need to write ##OTP## Where you wish to place generated OTP in this template.


• Now, these changes will be reflected in the email you receive for OTP.



3. Customize Email Template for the Email verification.

• Go to Customize Email Template for the Email verification feature in the Premium Option tab.


• Now customize the template according to your preferences and click on the Save Email configuration button.
• Note: You need to write ##AcceptLinkUrl## and ##DenyLinkUrl## Where you wish to place generated AcceptLink and DenyLink in this template.


• Now, a customized template is ready.
• When the users try to log in, they get an email with the customized template.
