Is the WordPress IDP Premium plugin an annual subscription based?
The plugin licenses are user-based annual subscription, and the Support Plan includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates). You will need to renew the license after 12 months at 50% of the current license cost.

Does the WordPress IDP Premium plugin supports monthly subscription?
Yes, the WordPress IDP Plugin offers a monthly subscription option. The subscription follows a postpaid model, meaning you are billed after the designated period.

How do I get a refund ?
At miniOrange, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If the plugin you purchased is not working as advertised and you've attempted to resolve any issues with our support team, which couldn't get resolved. We will refund the whole amount within 10 days of the purchase. Please email us at wpidpsupport@xecurify.com for any queries regarding the return policy or contact us here.
What happens if I do not renew my license?
If you decide to cancel or not renew your license, your plugin will stop working.

How do we calculate the number of users when determining the price?
These are the users who use the SSO in any of the configured applications at least once. If you have 1000 users registered on your WordPress site and only 200 out of 1000 users will be using the SSO service then you will just need to purchase the license for 200 users. Once the SSO user count is reached 80% you will receive an email from miniOrange to upgrade the SSO user limit.

Does miniOrange offer support in setting up the plugin?
Yes, we provide 24*7 support for setting up the plugin and resolving any issues you might face while using the plugin. You can get prioritized support based on the Support Plan you have opted for. You can check out the different Support Plans from here.

Does miniOrange store any user data?
miniOrange does not store or transfer any data which is coming from the WordPress site to the Service Provider. All the data remains within your premises / server.
What is one instance?
A WordPress instance refers to a single installation of a WordPress site. It refers to each individual website where the plugin is active. In the case of a single site WordPress, each website will be counted as a single instance.
License is linked to the domain of the WordPress instance, so if you have dev-staging-prod type of environment then you will require 3 licenses of the plugin (with discounts applicable on pre-production environments) .
Does miniOrange provide developer license for paid plugin?
We do not provide the developer license for our paid plugins and the source code is protected. It is strictly prohibited to make any changes in the code without having written permission from miniOrange. There are hooks provided in the plugin which can be used by the developers to extend the plugin's functionality.
