Setup Guide for Configure the WordPress 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) All-Inclusive plugin?

This guide explains how to install 2FA All-Inclusive plugin using miniOrange 2-Factor plugin.

Step 1. How to Upgrade to 2FA All-Inclusive plugin?

  • Go to the miniOrange 2-Factor plugin and click on Upgrade plans. Click on the See Plans and Pricing button.
    • Business plan 2FA - click upgrade

  • You will be directed to the pricing page, now again click on the Upgrade Now button on the All-Inclusive/Business plan.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click Upgrade Now

  • Go to the Payment portal Login page.
  • Enter the premium account email address and Password. Then click on the Log In button.
    • Business plan 2FA - click log in

  • It will redirect you to the Select License Plan page.
  • fill in all the necessary details and click on the Proceed to Payment button.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click Proceed to Payment

  • You will be redirected to order summary page. After checking the order summary again click on the Proceed to Payment button.
  • You will redirected to the Payment page. Enter the following details and click on the Pay button.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click Pay

  • Now open the miniOrange Payment portal dashboard page and click on the Downloads from the left side menu.

  • Now go to the WordPress 2FA Business plan and click it.
  • Then Click on Download Plugin button to download the plugin.

Step 2. Installing the 2FA All inclusive plugin from the WordPress Dashboard.

  • Deactivate on Free miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication(2FA) plugin from the WordPress Dashboard.

  • Delete the miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication(2FA) plugin.
    • Business plan 2FA - Delete 2FA plugin

  • Click on Add New plugin.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click add new button

  • Click on Upload Plugin.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click Upload plugin button

  • Click on Choose File and choose the zip file of the miniOrange 2FA All inclusive plugin which you have downloaded in the earlier steps and click on Install Now button.

  • Click on Activate Plugin button. It will activate the miniOrange 2-factor Authentication All inclusive plugin.

  • Then click the miniOrange 2-Factor on the WordPress Menu bar.

  • Click on the User Profile button in the navigation bar.
  • Enter your miniOrange credentials and click on the Submit button.
    • Business plan 2FA - Login to miniOrange

  • You will need your license key to activate the plugin.
  • Click on the Activate License button.

  • Your license will be successfully activated.

Step 3. Two-Factor Setup by Admin.

  • Click on the Setup Two Factor button.
  • Now you can configure any method available in the plugin dashboard.

  • Click on the Google Authenticator Configure button.
    • Business plan 2FA - Select Google Authenticator method

  • Select the Google Authenticator from the drop-down list.
  • Scan the QR code with your Google Authenticator mobile app to set up Google Authenticator.

  • You will be prompted to enter the code generated by the app. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify and Save button.

  • Enter the six-digit code from the Google Authenticator mobile app and click on the Validate OTP button.

  • On the login page enter your WordPress credentials and click on login button.
    • Business plan 2FA - Enter login Credentials

  • For every login, you need to enter the security code shown in the authenticator app and click on the Validate button to log in to the site.

Step 4. Two Factor Setup by User.

  • After the All inclusive plugin has been installed, when the user tries to log in, the user will be entering his/her WordPress username and password.

  • The user will be prompted to enter his/her Email ID.
  • Enter your Email id and click on the Get Started button.
    • Business plan 2FA - CLick Get Started

  • The user will receive OTP on their Email. Enter OTP in the provided field and click on Verify Code.
    • Business plan 2FA - Click Validate Code

  • After Successful OTP verification the user will get a prompt to select two-factor method. Select the radio button corresponding to OTP Over SMS method.
    • Business plan 2FA - Select OTP Over SMS> <br> <br> <li>Now first, the user will enter his/her phone number and click on the <strong>Send OTP</strong> button.</li> <img width=

  • The user will enter the One Time Password that he/she must have received on the registered mobile number. Now click on the Verify Code button.

  • After the OTP verification user will be asked to set up KBA ​as his/her backup method.
    • Business plan 2FA - KBA Backup method

  • The setup has been done successfully. miniOrange also provides backup codes to get back to your account, in case you are locked out and can’t access your website. You can use those backup codes to get back to your WordPress account..
  • Click the Finish button.
