Pre-requisites: App Installation

• Log in to your Shopify Admin.
• Go to Apps → Shopify App Store
• Search for miniOrange SMS Notification
• Click Install to add the app to your store
• Open the app from Apps to start Shopify Custom Registration Form for your Shopify store

Step by Step guide for setting up Shopify Custom Registration Form for your Shopify store

Step 1: Setup miniOrange Customer Account Creation Form

• Go to your shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes
• Find the theme you want to edit and then click Customize

• Navigate to the page and section where you want to add the registration form
• Click on Add Block
• From the dropdown menu in App section, select the miniOrange Registration form app block or click the searchbar and enter miniOrange Registration form

• Click Save

Step 2: To Add Phone Field on Default Account creation form

• Go to the miniOrange Registration Form tab as shown in the screenshot below.

• Click on Add Phone Field to create Default Customer Account Creation Form
• Toggle phone_field to enable/disable Phone Field
