How to Connect WordPress Knowledge Articles with Salesforce Cases?

Support teams often deal with recurring issues that experienced agents have already solved. These solutions are documented as comprehensive, step-by-step articles on the company’s WordPress site, creating a reliable knowledge base. Because these articles capture proven troubleshooting guidance, they become valuable resources that support staff can use when similar issues appear again.
When a customer submits a request, Salesforce creates a Case that becomes the central record for managing these issues. Since the information agents need often already exists in the WordPress knowledge base, linking the relevant article to the Case through the miniOrange WordPress Connector for Salesforce allows agents to access the right guidance without switching between Salesforce and WordPress. This allows them to resolve issues more quickly and maintain better productivity throughout the support process.

You can link any WordPress post types, including blog articles, knowledge base entries, case studies, product guides, or custom post types, to Salesforce Cases, Accounts, Opportunities, or Contacts using lookup relationships and association components.
