What is our refund policy?
At miniOrange, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If the licensed plugin you purchased is not working as advertised and you've attempted to resolve any feature issues with our support team but couldn't get them resolved, we will refund the amount paid for the plugin. Please note that we will not refund any fees paid for support plans, support hours, or customization charges.
Note that this policy does not cover the following:
1) Change in mind or change in requirements after purchase.
2) Infrastructure issues do not allow the functionality to

Do I need to pay one-time or annually?
The plugin licenses are perpetual. In the initial year, your license includes access to all future plugin updates, encompassing security enhancements, vulnerability fixes, added functionality, new features, and compatibility with the latest Joomla/PHP versions. Starting from the second year, you can continue to receive these updates by renewing your license, with renewal fees set at only 50% of the original license cost.
What happens if I do not renew my license?
If you decide to not renew your license, you will be able to continue to use our plugin but you won't receive any updates after your license period.
What is an instance?
A Joomla instance pertains to a singular installation of a Joomla website. It represents each distinct website where the Joomla plugin is in operation. In the context of a single-site Joomla setup, each individual website should be regarded as a separate instance. Furthermore, we provide volume discounts for acquiring multiple licenses to cover multiple instances.
