This integration allows merchants to sync store data such as inventory and orders between WooCommerce and Amazon, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy across sales channels. In this setup guide, we will walk you through the configuration steps required to connect your store, set up the integration properly, and ensure your product and order data flows smoothly between both platforms.

Prerequisites

To configure WooCommerce Amazon Integration plugin, you will require:

• Amazon Seller Account
• miniOrange WooCommerce Amazon Integration Plugin

Configuration Steps

Follow these steps to connect your WooCommerce store with Amazon and configure the integration for product and order syncing.

• Click on the Connect button to connect to Amazon marketplace.

• Select your Amazon region and add a connection name.

• Select your account type:
  • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon): Amazon stores, packs, ships, and handles customer service.
  • FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant): You handle storage, packing, shipping, and customer service.
  Select FBM since you want to list products from WooCommerce to Amazon.

• Add a price markup if you want to sell products at a higher margin on Amazon.

• Create templates so that you can sync all the attributes of woocommerce to your amazon store. In order to map the attributes, we have segregated them into two parts.


Note: It is mandatory to map all products from WooCommerce to Amazon.



• Default fields will help you map the basic attributes of the product which you need to send to amazon like name, description, etc.

• When listing products in amazon you also need to send additional values apart from basic woocommerce attributes. In order to map them open the template mapping and select the existing configured templates or create a new template or click on add template to create a new template. Template mapping is basically mapping of WooCommerce category products to amazon products.

• You can select from a list of amazon categories of your region and map it respectively to wc category.

• When mapping the fields you can either select existing fields or create a new global attribute to sync fields of woocommerce to amazon.

• You can configure Scheduling for the products from WC to amazon so that you can sync all the products automatically. You can set your sync time, custom frequency and attributes you want to sync automatically.

• If you are FBA and want to automatically sync the order from WooCommerce to amazon then you can directly enable the option inside the order sync settings.

• If you are FBM and want to automatically sync orders from Amazon to WooCommerce then you can enable the below option inside the order sync settings. You can configure custom frequency.

• Once you have completed the product sync mapping then in order to list the products on amazon for FBM go to Products section and select the products you want to list on amazon.

• Before syncing a product make sure you have added the GTINs for the products in the miniOrange Multi-channel sync settings inside the Edit product section.

• Configure ID Type and Value and save the product.

• Before syncing the products we recommend doing a fresh sync from amazon so that all the details that already exist for existing products in amazon are also synced in woocommerce by clicking on Sync from amazon button.

• Once you have selected the products just click on List on amazon option in the Actions dropdown and click on apply.

• After that just select the channel you want to sync products and start the sync.

• Once you click on Sync Products, you can check the sync audits of the current sync inside the Sync Audits section.

• In order to check which products failed and which products were synced correctly you can click on View logs and check the details audits.

• In order to fetch orders for FBM you can go to orders section and sync the orders by clicking on Fetch order button and selecting the date range from which you want tos ync orders.

• Once created you will see it like below:

FBA:

• Go to the Products section and click on the Sync from Amazon button.

• Click on Channels from where you want to sync the products from.

• You can view the progress in the products section for the product sync.

• All the products will be created including variations and simple products, images, price and stock.
