How to setup OTP Verification for Ninja Forms ( Above Version 3.0 )?
Ninja Forms is a drag-and-drop form builder used to create forms of your WordPress site. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before submitting Ninja Forms. The purpose of this guide is to help you setup OTP Verification for your Ninja Forms (Above version 3.0).

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on Ninja Form (Above version 3.0)
1. Setup Phone Verification for Ninja Form (Above Version 3.0)
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Ninja forms (Above version 3.0) from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to Ninja Forms ( Above version 3.0 ).
- Enable phone verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Form from the list and note the Form ID.
- Click on Edit link of your form to add new field.
- Add new Phone field if it doesn't already exist.
- Enable Developer Mode if it is not already enabled.
- Go to the Administration dropdown and note the phone field key.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Then click on the Done button.
- Add the new field to the Enter Verification code.
- Go to the Administration dropdown and note the Verification field key.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Then click on the Done button.
- After complete adding field then click on the Publish button.
- Now go to the Form Settings page and enter the Form ID, Phone Field key and a Verification Field key.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to your Ninja form Page. Fill all the fields of the form and click on Click Here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your phone and click on Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
2. Setup Email Verification for Ninja Form (Above Version 3.0)
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Ninja forms (Above version 3.0) from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to Ninja Forms (Above version 3.0).
- Enable Email verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Form from the list and note the Form ID.
- Click on Edit link of your form to add new field.
- Add new Email field if it doesn't already exist.
- Enable Developer Mode if it is not already enabled.
- Go to the Administration dropdown and note the email field key.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Then click on the Done button.
- Add the new field to the Enter Verification code.
- Go to the Administration dropdown and note the Email Field key.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Then click on the Done button.
- After complete adding field then click on the Publish button.
- Now go to the Form settings page and enter the Form ID, Email Field key and a Verification Field key.
- After that click on Save Settings button.
- Go to your Ninja form Page. Fill all the fields of the form and click on Click Here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your email and click on Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
3. Change verification button text
- Go to the Form settings page.
- Enter the text you want to use for the verification button and click on the Save Settings button.
