Steps to Configure Yahoo! Japan Social Login into Shopify

Step 1: Add Social Login App to your Shopify Store

Follow the steps below to configure Yahoo! Japan Social login in Shopify

 Configure Yahoo! Japan Social Login

• Visit https://apps.shopify.com/miniorange-social-login on Shopify marketplace. Click on Add app to install it on your store.

• Once you have installed it, it will take you to the social login application Dashboard. Here, please click on Yahoo! Japan application.

• If you don't want to setup your custom app then please click on Setup app in just one click. Then, Click on Save. This will setup your Yahoo! Japan application for Shopify.

• That is all you require to do to add Connect with Yahoo! Japan button to Shopify. To Setup a custom app for Yahoo! Japan, please follow the steps below.

Step 2: Configure Custom App for Shopify Yahoo! Japan Login :

• Visit Yahoo! Japan Developer portal and sign in with your Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID that you used to apply Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API.
• Click on Add a new application on the application list window.
• Click on Add button on the Added applications screen.
• Enter Application name and Description.
• Enter Redirect URL in the redirect URL field. (from instructions page). Click on Confirm button.
• Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the app credentials section.

Step 3: Complete Setup of Yahoo! Japan Login on Shopify

• Copy the Client Id and Client Secret form above setup and Paste them into the fields in Instructions.

• Then click on Save & Test Configuration button.

• A notification from the app will pop-up that the test configuration was successful. That means your Custom app was set properly.

• Now, You can see the Yahoo! Japan social Login button is activated on your Shopify Store. This will allow users to connect to your shopify store using Yahoo! Japan application.

You have successfully configured Yahoo! Japan Social Login for your Shopify Store.
