To View or Edit Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs inside :

Please note that the following instructions do not apply to Google Calendar and Google Forms. To set up Google Calendar and Forms, please scroll down to the appropriate section below.

  • Step 1: Please make sure you’re signed in to Gmail on the same browser. This is the most important step. (You should be logged in to Gmail on the same browser as the one you use for

  • Step 3: Copy the link(URL) from the address bar as shown in the image above.
  • Step 4: Paste the link (URL) you have copied into the URL section of the app. (Shown in the image). miniOrange monday g-suite integration app url section
  • Step 5: The document is now visible inside! Based on your permissions of the document you will have View or Edit permissions. Workmates having access to this document will be able to view or edit the document depending on the permissions they have. Workmates not having access to this document will not be able to see the document. This allows you to securely share your documents inside

    You might notice that after the document shows inside monday, the “Share” button is disabled. To manage the permissions of the document, you will have to go back to the main document outside of monday and update the permissions. Permissions are visible if you visit the document outside Click on the “Share” button in the top right corner. Please read the “Managing Permissions” section on this page for more information.

Managing Permissions for Google Apps :

Google allows you to share a document with multiple users or even make the document publicly available. Open your document outside of Click on the “Share” button to manage permissions. This button should be available on Google Sheets, Slides, Forms & Docs.

Once you click on the share button a new window will open. You can add people and groups you want to share the document with as shown in the image. The General Access section is to make the document publicly accessible to your organization or “anyone with the link”.

To view Google Calendar inside :

  • Step 1: Open your Google Calendar by visiting
  • Step 2: On the left-hand side, you will see your calendars under the “My Calendar” section.
  • Step 3: Click on the 3 dots next to the calendar you wish to view inside

  • Step 4: Click on “settings and sharing” in the drop-down.
  • Step 5: A new section will open. Under the Calendar Settings Tab, scroll down to the Integrate calendar section and copy the URL under Public URL to this calendar. miniOrange monday g-suite integration integrate calendar

To View Google Forms inside :

  • To share a Google Form, create a Google Form and click on the Send button.

  • Click on the Link icon next to the send via label.

  • Navigate to your board and enter the link under the customize the view section on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Here you will see your integrated app inside the Monday’s board.
Note: As soon as you enter the URL the setup guide will disappear. To see the setup video again, please remove the link(URL) from the URL section.
