Drupal SharePoint Integration - Key Features

Import Pages

• This feature will import all web pages from the SharePoint to your Drupal site.
• After you’ve successfully connected Drupal with SharePoint, open the Import Pages tab to continue.
• Here, you can see the web pages from SharePoint.

File Browser

• Using this feature, users can view various types of files, including documents, PDFs, videos, and images.
• After the successful connection, navigate to the File Browser tab
• In this tab, you can view and download all your files and documents from SharePoint.

Lists

• With this feature, users can see the Lists from the SharePoint site.
• After the successful connection, navigate to the Lists tab
• In the Lists tab, you can view all the available lists.

Lists and Library Views

• This feature is similar to the Lists feature, with the key difference that it allows users to manage both lists and documents. Additionally, users have the ability to select the specific columns they wish to view.
• After the successful connection, navigate to the Lists & Library Views tab.
• Select the site from the Site dropdown menu to view the desired files and documents.

• Select the List or Library from the dropdown.

• Now, select the files or folders that you want to view and then click the Save button.

• After that, you can see all the documents from the selected files or folder.
• Here, you can set the row limit and choose the columns you want to view.
