1. Setup Mobile Verification for Visual Form Builder Form

Go to the "Forms" tab in the OTP Verification plugin. Then, search and select "Visual Form Builder Form" from the list.

Enable checkbox next to Visual Form Builder Form.

Choose Enable "Phone Verification" option.
Click on the "Click Here" link to see your list of forms.

Select your Visual Form Builder Form from the list "(Note the Form ID)" and Click on "Edit."

Add a Phone field "(make the phone field required)." Note the Phone field label and save your form.

Enter the Form ID, Phone Field Label, in the settings page and click on "Save Settings" button.

Go to the page containing your Visual Form, fill all the required fields and Click on "Click Here To Send OTP" button to send an OTP.

Enter the OTP received in the "Verification Field" and click on the "Submit" button.

2. Setup Email Verification for Visual Form Builder Form

Go to the "Forms" tab in the OTP Verification plugin. Then, search and select "Visual Form Builder" from the list.

Enable checkbox next to "Visual Form Builder" Form.

Choose Enable "Email Verification" option.
Click on the "Click Here" link to see your list of forms.

Select your Visual Form Builder Form from the list "(Note the Form ID)" and Click on "Edit."

Add an Email field "(make the email field required)." Note the "Email Field Label" and save your form.

Enter The Form ID, Email Field Label, in the settings page and click on the "Save Settings" button.

Go to the page containing your Visual Form, fill all the required fields and Click on "Click Here To Send OTP" button to send an OTP.

Enter the OTP received in the "Verification Field" and click on the"Submit" button.
