  • The Rules section allows administrators to define the conditions that determine which customers will be included in the segment.
  • The dropdown next to If ANY of these conditions are TRUE controls how multiple conditions are evaluated:
  • ANY: The customer will be added to the segment if at least one of the defined conditions is met.
  • ALL: The customer must satisfy all defined conditions to be included in the segment.
  • This provides flexibility in creating broad or highly specific customer segments.
  • The Please choose a condition to add dropdown allows you to select and add filtering criteria. These conditions can be based on various customer, address, product, cart, order attributes, behaviors or store-related data, depending on the available options.
  • Once a condition is selected, you can configure its parameters (such as equals, contains, greater than, etc.) to define the exact filtering logic.
  • The Test Rules button allows you to preview and validate the configured conditions before saving. This helps ensure the segment includes the intended customers.
  • Click Save Configuration Button to Save Current segment configuration.
