How to Integrate Shopify with LearnWorlds LMS (Automatic Course Enrollment Setup)?

Shopify LearnWorlds Integration not only simplifies the management of your digital products but also enhances the overall user experience for both you and your customers. Pre-requisites: App Installation

To configure Shopify with LearnWorlds LMS, you will need to install the miniOrange: SyncUP - Course Sync Application on your store.

• Log in to your Shopify Admin.
• Go to Apps → Shopify App Store.
• Search for SyncUP - Course Sync.
• Click Install to add the app to your store.
• Open the app from Apps to start Shopify with LearnWorlds LMS integration configuration.

Step by Step guide for integrating your Shopify Store and LearnWorlds LMS

Step 1: Add application to your Store

• Install Shopify SyncUP - Course Sync Application by clicking on the Add App button in the Shopify App Store.

• Click on the Install app button at the right-top or bottom of the screen.

• Go to your Shopify store, click on the Apps tab, and select SyncUP: Course Sync application.

• Click on the Configure button under the LMS Integration tab.

• Select LearnWorlds for LMS integration with Shopify.

Step 2: Configure LearnWorlds in Shopify SyncUp Application

• Navigate to the LearnWorlds section in the SyncUp application and enable the Enroll Course option as shown below.
• To integrate Shopify with LearnWorlds LMS, you will require LearnWorlds API URL, Client ID, and Client Secret from the LearnWorlds LMS account.

Step 3: Register LearnWorlds Application

• Go to LearnWorlds Admin page and navigate to Settings.

• Go to Developers -> API.

• Copy the API URL, Client ID, and Secret and keep them handy.

• Paste the Client ID, Client Secret and API URL in the miniOrange Course Sync application, click on Save.

Step 4: Map Shopify Products with LearnWorlds Courses

• Click on the + Add Mapping button to map your Shopify Product with the LearnWorlds Course.

• Search for a product in the Shopify Product section.
• Now you need to retrieve the Course ID and Product Price from your LearnWorlds account.

• Go back to the LearnWorlds Admin page and navigate to Courses -> Course Manager. Hover on any course and click on the 3 dots. Click on the Copy Course ID option.

• Select the Course Type from the option available.

• If you want to map more Shopify Products with LearnWorlds Courses, click on the + Add Mapping sign.
• Scroll upwards, and click on Save.

Hence you have successfully mapped your LearnWorlds Courses with Shopify Products.
