How to view the Transaction report in the OTP Verification plugin?

The OTP Verification plugin provides an easy way for administrators to track and analyze all OTP verification activities. With the Transaction Report feature, you can view detailed logs of each transaction, monitor user activity, and ensure the OTP process is functioning smoothly. It also allows downloading reports for record-keeping and clearing old data to maintain a clean database.

Let's explore how to view the Details Transaction Report for the OTP Verification plugin.

  • Go to the Transaction Logs tab in the WordPress OTP Verification plugin.

  • Enable the toggle for the Detailed Transaction Report.

  • Enter the phone number or email address of the user whose transaction report you want to view. (This option is optional)
  • Select the Authentication type from the dropdown menu. (I have selected All Transactions.)

  • You can select the date and time range to view the transaction report.
  • Then, click on the Generate Report button.

  • You can view the generated transaction report, which includes details such as the user’s phone number, email, form used, message type, status, IP address, and time (UTC) for each transaction.

  • You can download the transaction report by clicking the Download Report button.

  • To delete the transaction report data from the database, click the Clear Database button.
