Installation Steps

Purchase the miniOrange Magento GDPR & Cookie Consent extension from Magento Marketplace (Adobe Commerce Marketplace).
Go to My profile -> My Purchases
Please ensure you are using correct access keys (My Profile - Access Keys)
Paste the access keys in your auth.json file inside your project
Use the below command to add the extension to your project.
```
"composer require {module_name}:{version}"
```
You can see the module name and list of versions in the selector below the extension module name.
Run the following commands on command prompt to enable the extension.
```
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
```

Configuration Steps

Magento GDPR & Cookie Consent Banner Settings

The Enable Cookie Banner toggle controls whether the cookie consent banner is displayed to visitors.

Enabled: The cookie consent banner is displayed on the storefront.
Disabled: The cookie consent banner is completely turned off.

This setting controls where the cookie consent banner appears on the storefront.

Banner Position: This setting controls where the cookie consent banner appears on the storefront.
- Bottom of Page: Displays the cookie consent banner at the bottom of the storefront.
- Bottom Left Corner: Displays the cookie consent banner in the bottom-left corner of the website.
- Bottom Right Corner: Displays the cookie consent banner in the bottom-right corner of the website.
Banner Title: Enter the heading displayed on the cookie consent banner.
Banner Body Text: Add a short message explaining how cookies are used and asking visitors to manage their preferences.
Privacy Policy URL: Enter the URL of your store's Privacy Policy page. Visitors can use this link to learn more about how their data and cookies are handled.

Script Manager

The Script Manager helps control third-party scripts on your storefront and prevents them from running until the visitor provides the required consent.

Use this setting to enable or disable script blocking.
Enabled Third-party scripts are blocked until the visitor provides consent for the relevant category.

Detected Scripts:

This table lists every third-party script found on your storefront homepage, along with the consent category assigned to it.

Script URL:	The full source URL of the detected script (e.g., a CDN-hosted library or tracking pixel).
Category:	The consent category the script is grouped under Necessary, Functional, Analytics, or Marketing. Scripts are blocked or allowed based on which categories the visitor consents to.

Re-scan Scripts: Click this button to scan your storefront homepage and detect any third-party scripts currently loaded on the page. New scripts found during a scan are added to the table with a default category of Necessary, so review and reclassify them as needed.
Assign a category: Use the dropdown next to each script to set the correct consent category based on what the script does (e.g., analytics tools → Analytics, marketing/ad pixels → Marketing).
Click Save to apply your category assignments. Until saved, changes are not enforced on the storefront.
