How to configure Tutor LMS Integrator Addon for WordPress with OAuth Client Single Sign On (SSO) Plugin?

The Tutor LMS Integrator Addon works with the miniOrange OAuth Client Single Sign-On (SSO) plugin to map users into Tutor LMS groups based on the role or group attributes sent by your OAuth Identity Provider. By following this guide, you will select your OAuth provider, map the Group Attribute Name in the Role Mapping section, and configure the Tutor Integrator add-on with a default group along with individual IdP-to-Tutor group name mappings. You can also choose whether a user's group assignment should update on every login or remain fixed after the first SSO sign-in. Once configured, users are automatically added to the correct Tutor group every time they sign in through SSO.

miniOrange Tutor Integrator allows you to map the Tutor groups based on the attributes sent by your OAuth Identity Provider.

  • Go to the miniOrange Single Sign-On (SSO) plugin for WordPress and select your OAuth Provider from the list.
