Step 1: Download and install miniOrange SAML SP SSO 2.0 Plugin

Navigate to the Plugins tab and select Add New .
Search for SAML Single Sign On - SAML SSO Login and click on install the plugin.

Activate SAML Single Sign On - SAML SSO plugin by miniOrange .

Download SAML Single Sign On - SAML SSO Login plugin by miniOrange.

download plugin

Unzip and upload the plugin directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate SAML Single Sign On - SAML SSO Login plugin by miniOrange from your Plugins page.

Step 2: Configure SAML SP SSO 2.0 Plugin

After installation of plugin go to miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO.

Search for your Identity Provider name or click on your Identity Provider from the given Identity Providers.

If your Identity Provider Name is not there in default list, you can click on Custom IDP to add custom Identity Provider.

There are two ways to Configure your Identity Provider in the Service Provider Setup Tab.

Navigate to Service Provider Setup tab of the plugin and provide your Identity Provider details like IdP Entity ID, SAML Login URL, and X.509 Certificate.
You can get these details from your Identity Provider.

Click on Save button once you have entered all the required information.
Click on Test Configuration button to verify your configuration.

On successful configuration, you will get Attributes Name and Attribute Values on Test Configuration window.

WordPress version 5.8 and above

In the WordPress Menu, click on Appearances and select on Widgets.

Drag and drop miniOrange SSO Login widget wherever you want on your website as shown in screenshot given below.

Copy paste your site-URL on private window and you will be able to see Login button with display name you have given.
Once logged in, you will be able to access your WordPress profile.
