How to Configure Dokan Notification in OTP Verification Plugin?
Dokan is the best frontend multi-vendor marketplace plugin on WordPress, powered by WooCommerce. Dokan SMS Notification settings have Processing order and Order completed SMS type. This Dokan notification allows sending order status updates to customers and admins.

Follow the steps to send Dokan Notifications
1. Processing Order SMS
- Navigate to the Notifications tab in the OTP Verification plugin. After that go to the Dokan subtab.
- You can enable the Processing Order from this list and click on the Edit button.
- You can customize the SMS template as per your requirements.
- You can also use the tags supported in the template.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Now when your order status is changed to processing, you will get a SMS notification on your mobile that the order is processing.
Note: Premium Tags are supported in the Pro plan.
2. Order Completed SMS
- Navigate to the Notifications tab in the OTP Verification plugin. After that go to the Dokan subtab.
- Now go to the Dokan SMS Notification Settings feature.
- You can enable the Order Completed from this list and click on the Edit button.
- You can customize the SMS template as per your requirements.
- You can also use the tags supported in the template.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Now when your order status is updated to completed, you will get order completion SMS notification on your mobile.
Note: Premium Tags are supported in the Pro plan.
