How to set up OTP Verification for FormCraft (Premium Version) form?
What is FormCraft?
FormCraft is a form builder which is used to create forms, and track submissions. Formcraft can be used as to create contact forms, order forms, option forms or simple payment forms. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before submitting FormCraft form. The purpose of this guide is to help you setup OTP Verification for your FormCraft form.

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on Formcraft form
1. Setup Phone Verification for FormCraft form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select FormCraft form from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to FormCraft form.
- Enable Phone verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Click on the FormCraft Form template from the list and note the Form ID.
- Click on Add Field button to add new fields.
- Add new Phone field if it doesn't already exist and note the labels of Phone.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Add a one line input field where users will enter the verification code.
- Note the label of the verification field.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Click on the Save button to save your new field.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page.
- Enter the Form ID, Phone Field Label and Verification Field Label.
- After that click on Save Settings button.
- Go to your FormCraft form page, fill all the required field and click on Click here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
2. Setup Email Verification for FormCraft
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select FormCraft from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to FormCraft form.
- Enable Email verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Click on the FormCraft Form template from the list and note the Form ID.
- Click on Add Field button to add new fields.
- Add new Email field if it doesn't already exist and note the labels of Phone.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Add a one line input field where users will enter the verification code.
- Note the label of the verification field.
- Make sure to mark the field as required. Click on the Save button to save your new field.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page.
- Enter the Form ID, Email Field Label and Verification Field Label.
- After that click on Save Settings button.
- Go to your FormCraft form page, fill all the required field and click on Click here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
