How to set up OTP Verification for Fluent Conversational Form?

• Enable Email Verification and click on Click here to see your Fluent forms.

• Select your Fluent Converational Form from the list and note the Form ID.
• Next, click the Edit option.

• If the Email field isn’t already present, add it.
• Go to the Input field on the right and drag and drop the Email element onto the page from the available options.

Note Please place the Email field in the final step of your Fluent Conversational Form.

• Click the Field Settings icon on the right of the email field.
• Ensure the email field is marked as required.

• Go to Advanced Options and note the Email Field Name attribute.
• Then, click on the Save Form button.

• Navigate to the Form Settings page and add the Form ID and Email Field Name Attribute.
• After that, click on the Save Settings button.

• Navigate to your Fluent Conversational Form and enter your Name.
• Click on the OK button.

• Enter your phone number with the country code and click the OK button.

• Enter your Email Address.
• Next, click the Send Verification Code button.

• Enter the OTP received in your email and click on the Submit button.

• The Fluent Conversation Form will be submitted after successful OTP verification.
