How to setup OTP Verification for Everest Contact Form?
Everest Contact Forms allows you to create Contact Form for your websites on WordPress. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before submitting Everest Contact Forms. The purpose of this guide is to help you set up OTP Verification for your Everest Contact Form.

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on Everest Contact Form
1. Setup Phone Verification for Everest Contact Form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Everest Contact form from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to Everest Contact form.
- Enable Phone verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Everest Contact Form template from the list and note the Form ID
- Then click on the Edit link.
- Add new Phone field if it doesn't already exist.
- Make sure to enable the field as required. Note the Field ID of phone. (For Example - DXnfA1qRhc-1)
- Add a single line text field where users will enter validation code.
- Make sure to enable the field as required.
- Note the Field Id of Validation code (For Example - D9EXQHQ7jT-2) and click on the Save button.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, Phone Field ID and Verification field ID.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to your Everest Contact form page, fill all the required field and click on Click Here to Send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Validation Field and click on the Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
2. Setup Email Verification for Everest Contact Form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Everest Contact form from the list.
- Enable Email verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Everest Contact Form template from the list and note the Form ID
- Then click on the Edit link.
- Add new Email field if it doesn't already exist.
- Make sure to enable the field as required. Note the Field ID of email. (For Example - email)
- Add a single line text field where users will enter validation code.
- Make sure to enable the field as required.
- Note the Field ID of Validation code (For Example - LxI14XhipT-3) and click on the Save button.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, Email Field ID and Verification field ID.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to your Everest Contact form page, fill all the required field and click on Click Here to Send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Validation Field and click on the Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
3. Change verification button text
- Go to the Form settings page.
- Enter the button name text in the Verification button text field and click on the Save Settings button.
