How to setup OTP Verification for Gravity Form?
The Gravity Forms WordPress plugin allows you to create forms on your website easily. Forms can be built using a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy for users to create them. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before submitting Gravity Form. The purpose of this guide is to help you setup OTP Verification for your Gravity Form.

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on Gravity Form
1. Setup Phone Verification for Gravity Form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Gravity Form from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to Gravity Form.
- Enable Phone verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Gravity Form Template from the list and note the Form ID.
- Then click on the Edit link.
- Add new Phone field if it doesn't already exist and set the format of the phone field to International only.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Note the Field label of phone.
- Add a single line text field where users will enter the verification code.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Note the Field label of Verification code and click on the Save Form button.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, Phone field Label and Verification field Label.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to your Gravity form page, fill all the required field and click on Click Here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on the Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
2. Setup Email Verification for Gravity Form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Gravity Form from the list.
- Enable checkbox next to Gravity Form.
- Enable Email verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.
- Select your Gravity Form Template from the list note the Form ID.
- Then click on the Edit link.
- Add new Email field if it doesn't already exist.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Note the Field label of email.
- Add a single line text field where users will enter the verification code.
- Make sure to mark the field as required.
- Note the Field label of Verification code and click on the Save Form button.
- Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, Phone field Label and Verification field Label.
- After that click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to your Gravity form page, fill all the required field and click on Click Here to send OTP.
- Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on the Submit button.
- Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
3. Change verification button text
- Go to the Form settings page.
- Enter the text you want to use for the verification button and click on the Save Settings button.
