Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on Paid Membership Pro Form

1. Setup Phone Verification for Paid Membership Pro Registration Form

Go to the "Forms" tab in the OTP Verification plugin.
Search and select "Paid Membership Pro Registration Form" from the list.

Enable checkbox next to "Paid Membership Pro Registration Form".
Choose "Enable Phone Verification".
Click on the "Save Settings" button.

Go to the "Paid Membership Pro Registration Form" and fill in the required details.
Click on the "Submit and Confirm" button.

A pop-up should come up asking you to verify yourself. Enter the OTP received and click on "Validate OTP."

On successful verification user should get "Membership Confirmation".

2. Setup Email Verification for Paid Membership Pro Registration Form.

Go to the "Forms" tab in the OTP Verification plugin.
Search and select "Paid Membership Pro Registration Form" from the list.

Enable checkbox next to "Paid Membership Pro Registration Form".
Choose "Enable Email Verification".
Click on the "Save Settings" button.
