How to setup OTP Verification for User Registration Forms – WP Everest?

User Registration Forms - WP Everest allows you to create advanced forms for your websites on WordPress. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before User Registration - WP Everest form. The purpose of this guide is to help you setup OTP Verification for your User Registration Forms - WP Everest.

Let's explore how to set up the User Registration Forms – WP Everest for the OTP Verification plugin.

You can verify the users through the Phone or Email verification method.

  • Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select User Registration Forms – WP Everest from the list.

  • Enable checkbox next to User Registration Forms - WP Everest.

    • Enable Phone verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.

    • Select your User Registration Form Template from the list and Note the Form ID.
    • Then click on the Edit link.

    • Add new Phone field if it doesn't already exist.
    • Make sure to enable the field as required. Note the Field Name of phone field.
    • Then click on the Update Form button.

    • Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, and Phone field Name.
    • After that click on the Save Settings button.

    • Go to your User Registration form page, fill all the required field and click on Send OTP.
    • Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on the Verify OTP button.

    • After successfully verify your OTP then click on the Submit button.

    • Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.
    • Enable Email verification and click on Click here to see your list of forms.

    • Select your User Registration Form Template from the list and Note the Form ID.
    • Then click on the Edit link.

    • Add new Email field if it doesn't already exist.
    • Note the Field Name of Email field.
    • Then click on the Update Form button.

    • Now go to the Forms Settings page and enter the Form ID, and Email field Name.
    • After that click on the Save Settings button.

    • Go to your User Registration form page, fill all the required field and click on Send OTP.
    • Enter the OTP received in the Verification Field and click on the Verify OTP button.

    • After successfully verify your OTP then click on the Submit button.

    • Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.

    You can change the text on the verification button.

    • Go to the Form settings page.
    • Enter the text you want to use for the verification button and click on the Save Settings button.
