How to setup OTP Verification for WP eMember form?

WP eMember plugin lets you to manage memberships to your content. OTP Verification Plugin verifies Phone/Email of users by sending OTP Verification code before submitting WP eMember form. The purpose of this guide is to help you setup OTP Verification for WP eMember form.

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on WP eMember form

1. Setup Phone Verification for WP eMember form

Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select WP eMember form from the list.

Enable checkbox next to WP eMember form.
Enable Phone verification and click on Click here to see your WP eMember fields.

Go to the Registration Form fields section.
Check the Show phone field on registration page option to show Phone field on your form.
Make sure to mark the field as required.

After that click on the Update Options button.

Now go to the Forms Settings page and click on the Save Settings button.

Go to your WP eMember form page, fill all the required field and click on Register button.

A pop-up should come up asking you to verify yourself. Enter the OTP received on your phone and click on Validate OTP button.

You have successfully created your account!

2. Setup Email Verification for WP eMember form

Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin and search and select WP eMember form from the list.

Enable checkbox next to WP eMember form.
Enable Email Verification and click on the Save Settings button.

Go to your WP eMember form page, fill all the required field and click on Register button.

A pop-up should come up asking you to verify yourself. Enter the OTP received on your email and click on Validate OTP button.

3. Allow users select between Phone or Email Verification for WP eMember form

Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin and search and select WP eMember form from the list.

Enable checkbox next to WP eMember form.
Enable Let the User choose and click on Click here to see your WP eMember fields.

Go to the Registration Forms fields section.
Check the Show phone field on registration page option to show Phone field on your form.
Make sure to mark the field as required.

After that click on the Update Options button.

Now go to the Forms Settings page and click on the Save Settings button.

Go to your WP eMember form page, fill all the required field and click on Register button.

A pop-up should come up asking you to select Phone or Email verification.
Select one of the methods below to verify your account and click on the Send OTP button.
A OTP will be send to the selected method.
