How to setup OTP Verification for Ninja Forms (Above Version 3.0)?

• To configure OTP Verification on Ninja Form, you will need to install the miniOrange WordPress OTP Verification plugin and Ninja Form.

Configuration Steps

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on the Ninja Form (Above Version 3.0):

Step 1: Setup Phone Verification for Ninja Form (Above Version 3.0)

• Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Ninja forms (Above version 3.0) from the list.



• Enable checkbox next to Ninja Forms (Above version 3.0).



• Enable Phone Verification and click on Click Here to see your list of forms.



• Select your Form from the list and note the Form ID.



• Click the Edit link on your form to add a new field. If the Phone field isn’t already present, add it.
• Enable Developer Mode if it is not already enabled.
• Go to the Administration dropdown and note the phone field key.
• Ensure the field is marked as required, then click the Done button.



• Add the new field to the Enter Verification code.
• Go to the Administration dropdown and note the Verification field key.
• Ensure the field is marked as required, then click the Done button.



• After adding all the fields, click the Publish button.



• Navigate to the Form Settings page and input the Form ID, Phone Field key, and Verification Field key.
• After that click on the Save Settings button.



• Navigate to your Ninja Form page, complete all the fields, and click Click Here to send the OTP.
• Enter the OTP received on your phone and click on Submit button.



• Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.

Step 2: Setup Email Verification for Ninja Form (Above Version 3.0)

• Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin then search and select Ninja forms (Above version 3.0) from the list.



• Enable checkbox next to Ninja Forms (Above version 3.0).



• Enable Email Verification and click on Click Here to see your list of forms.



• Select your Form from the list and note the Form ID.



• Click the Edit link on your form to add a new field. If the email field isn’t already present, add it.
• Enable Developer Mode if it is not already enabled.
• Go to the Administration dropdown and note the email field key.
• Ensure the field is marked as required, then click the Done button.



• Add the new field to the Enter Verification code.
• Go to the Administration dropdown and note the Verification field key.
• Ensure the field is marked as required, then click the Done button.



• After adding all the fields, click the Publish button.



• Navigate to the Form Settings page and input the Form ID, Email Field key, and Verification Field key.
• After that click on the Save Settings button.



• Navigate to your Ninja Form page, complete all the fields, and click Click Here to send the OTP.
• Enter the OTP received on your email and click on Submit button.



• Form will be submitted after successfully OTP verification.

Step 3: Change verification button text

• Go to the Form settings page.
• Enter the text you want to use for the verification button and click on the Save Settings button.
