How To Set Up Shopify SMS Notifications for your store in 5 Minutes

Our Shopify app enables store owners to set up SMS notifications for both admins and customers, ensuring real-time updates on orders, payments, and other important events. This app enables SMS notifications to store customers and/or store admins during new account creation, new order placed, order completion, order cancelled, order payment, order updated and many more. Send customized messages to all store customers. To enable SMS notification on your store, you will need to add the miniOrange: Shopify SMS Notifications on your Shopify store.

  • Go to the Customer SMS Notifications tab as shown in the screenshot below.
  • Enable the toggle switch for the SMS Notification of your choice.
  • That’s it, now you can send sms notifications to your shopify customers.

  • Customer Registration: Notify customers and admins whenever a new customer account is created on the Shopify store.
  • Order Update: Inform customers about any changes or modifications to their order (e.g. whenever an order is fulfilled, created, refunded, canceled, etc.)
  • Order Creation: Send a notification when a customer creates an order or adds products to their cart.
  • Order Cancellation: Alert customers if their order has been canceled.
  • Order Fulfillment: Send a notification whenever an order is marked as fulfilled to let customers know when their order has been shipped.
  • Order Deletion: Inform admins if any order is deleted from the system.
  • Refund: Notify customers and admins whenever an order is refunded.
  • Order Payment: Send a confirmation when a payment is successfully made for an order.
