How To Set Up Shopify SMS Notifications for your store in 5 Minutes
Shopify SMS Notification feature enables Customers and Admins (respectively) to receive SMS Notification on New account creation as well as on various order status updates.

This app enables SMS notifications to store customers and/or store admins during new account creation, new order placed, order completion, order cancelled, order payment, order updated and many more. Send customized messages to all store customers.
1. Configure Automatic Shopify SMS Notification for Customers
- Go to the Customer SMS Notifications tab as shown in the screenshot below.
- Enable the toggle switch for the SMS Notification of your choice.
- That’s it, now you can send sms notifications to your shopify customers.
2. Configure Automatic Shopify SMS Notification for Admins
- Go to the Admin SMS Notifications tab as shown in the screenshot below.
- Enable the toggle switch for the SMS Notification of your choice.
- That’s it, now you can send sms notifications to your shopify admins.
3. You can turn on notifications for following events:
- Customer Registration
- Order Update
- Order Creation
- Order Cancellation
- Order Fulfillment
- Order Deletion
- Refund
- Order Payment
