How to set up OTP Verification for Fluent Form?
Fluent form allows you to create Forms based on your requirements. Using the fluent form plugin, forms of all kinds can be constructed, from contact forms and product orders to conversational forms, quizzes, surveys, and so on.
The miniOrange OTP Verification plugin allows you to set up SMS and email verification to authenticate your users on fluent forms and other forms. The goal of this setup guide is to assist you set up OTP verification via phone and email on the Fluent form.

Follow these steps to setup OTP Verification on the Fluent Form
1. Setup Phone Verification for Fluent Form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin.
- Search and select Fluent Form from the list.
- Enable the checkbox next to the Fluent Form and enable Phone Verification.
- Click on the "Click Here" link to see your list of forms.
- Edit the contact demo form and add a new "Phone Number Field" from the list of "Input Field". You can add a simple text field and label it as Phone if phone number field is not available.
- Edit the phone field and go to advanced option in the "Input Customization" and copy the Name attribute.
- Go back to the plugin settings and enter the Form ID and Phone Field Name attribute in the given field.
- Click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to the fluent form and fill all the required details.
- Then click on the Send OTP button.
- Enter the OTP received on the phone. OTP will be sent to the phone number associated with that user.
- Enter the OTP then click on Submit Form button.
- The Contact Form will be successfully submitted after successful OTP verification via phone.
2. Setup Email Verification for Fluent Form form
- Go to the Forms tab in the OTP Verification plugin.
- Search and select Fluent Form from the list.
- Enable the checkbox next to the Fluent Form and enable Email Verification.
- Click on the "Click Here" link to see your list of forms.
- Edit the contact demo form and add a new "Email Id Field" from the list of "Input Field". If it's not already present.
- Edit the Email field and go to advanced option in the "Input Customization" and copy the Name attribute.
- Go back to the plugin settings and enter the Form ID and Email Field Name attribute in the given field.
- Click on the Save Settings button.
- Go to the fluent form and fill all the required details.
- Then click on the Send OTP button.
- Enter the OTP received on the phone. OTP will be sent to the phone number associated with that user.
- Enter the OTP then click on Submit Form button.
- The Contact Form will be successfully submitted after successful OTP verification via phone.
