How to Configure SCIM Provisioning in Shopify

Pre-requisite: Shopify SyncUP: User and Course Sync Application

To enable SCIM Provisioning in Shopify, you will need to install the miniOrange Shopify SyncUP: User and Course Sync application on your store:

Step-by-Step Guide for Configuring Shopify SyncUP Application

Step 1: Install and setup App

• Install Shopify SyncUP: Users and Course Sync application from Shopify App Store.
• Click on "Install app" button at right bottom of screen.
• Navigate to the Integrations tab and click the Configure button to configure User Sync.

• Click on SCIM to setup SCIM provisioning.

• Under the Configuration tab, enable New Customer Creation and SCIM Provisioning as shown in the below image.
• Scroll down and click on Save.

Step 2: Configure your IdP

• From Step 1, enter the Authorization Header (SCIM Bearer Token) and paste it in your IdP (without https: and slashes).
• Copy the SCIM Base URL from here ( https://store.xecurify.com/moas/rest/shopify/scim/v2/ ) and paste it in your IdP.

Step 3: Perform SCIM Operations

Once you have configured your IdP with the application, you will be able to perform the following operations:



• Create Users: Users when created on your IdP, will be created automatically on your Shopify store.
• Update Users: Users data will be updated automatically on your Shopify store when updated in your IdP.
• Deactivate: Users deleted from the IdP will be deactivated and not deleted from Shopify user list permanently.
