How To Configure WooCommerece SMS Notification

Send WooCommerce SMS Notification to your customers for order status updates, order processing, order on-hold, etc. This AddOn allows sending order status updates and woocoomerce notifications to buyers, sellers, and admins.

1.  Configure woocommerce SMS Notification Addon

• Go to the AddOns tab as shown in the screenshot below.

• Select WooCommerce SMS Notification AddOn, and click on the Settings button.

• Choose any order status which you wish to enable and click on the Configure button. Let's configure here for Order Status Notifications.

• Enable the checkbox to Enable this SMS Notification.
• Enter the required phone number (can use multiple phone numbers separated by a semicolon). Fill in the SMS Body details.
• Also we can add available tags inside SMS Body, hover on the tooltip icon beside the SMS body to find them.

• Click on the Save Settings button.

• Once a customer clicks on the place order button, will get an WooCommerce SMS notification.

• Also, as Order Status is enabled so on every order status change the Administrator will receive an WooCommerce SMS notification.

2.  Enable Woocommerce SMS notification for oder on-hold

• Choose Order on hold and click on the Configure button.

• Enable the checkbox to Enable this SMS Notification.
• Fill in the SMS Body details
• Also, we can add available tags inside SMS Body, hover on the tooltip icon beside the SMS body to find them.

• Click on the Save Settings button.

• Go to WooCommerce Plugin, and Click on Orders.

• Select the option On-hold.

• Once the status changes to on hold customer will get the SMS notification of Order on-hold.

• Similarly, the user can enable the WooCommerce SMS notification for the rest of the order statuses.

3.  Enable Woocommerce SMS notification for order on-hold

• Choose New account and click on the Configure button.

• Enable the checkbox to Enable this SMS Notification.
• Enter the SMS Body details accordingly.

• Navigate to the default Woocommerce registration page.

• Once clicking on the Register button will receive an OTP.
• Enter the OTP received for validation, after successfully registering user will receive an SMS notification of new account creation.
