How to enable Enforce 2-Factor registration for users at login time | WordPress


Follow these steps to Enforce Two Factor for users.


  • Click on the miniOrange 2-Factor plugin from the left side menu and go to the Login Settings tab on the dashboard.
    • Enforce 2FA - Click miniOrange 2-Factor


  • Now, Search the Invoke inline registration to setup 2nd factor for users feature in the Login Settings tab. Enable the option of Enforce 2 Factor registration for users at login time.
    • Enforce 2FA - Invoke inline registration


  • Page scoll down and Click on Save Settings button.
    • Enforce 2FA - Click save settings

  • Now, the user will be asked for Two Factor registration during login for the first time.
  • Enter your login credentials and click on the Login button.
    • Enforce 2FA - Enter your login credentials

  • Select any Two Factor of choice below and complete its setup.
  • I am selecting Google Authenticator method.
    • Enforce 2FA - Select 2FA method

  • Select Phone Type to set google authenticator method.
    • Enforce 2FA - Select phone type

  • Click on the provided link to install the Google Authenticator app or install it from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
  • Now, open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and select Scan a QR code.
    • Enforce 2FA - Scan QR code

  • After that, scan the given QR code with Authenticator app and enter the security code textbox provided, click on the Verify and Save button for verification.
    • Enforce 2FA - Enter One time Passcode
  • Your inline registration has been Successfully completed.
