Overview

To configure ClassLink as SAML IdP with WordPress, you will need to install the miniOrange WP SAML SP SSO plugin.
Configuration Steps
Step 1: Setup ClassLink as IdP (Identity Provider)
Follow the following steps to Configure ClassLink as IdP:
- In the miniOrange SAML SP SSO plugin, navigate to Service Provider Metadata tab. Here, you can find the SP metadata such as SP Entity ID and ACS (AssertionConsumerService) URL which are required to configure the Identity Provider.
- Log in to your ClassLink Administration Console.
- Select ClassLink Management Console to create SAML app.
- Navigate to Single Sign-On tab, in left panel and click on SAML Console
- Click on ADD NEW.
- To configure SAML Identity Provider settings, provide the following values:
Name | Provide a Service Provider name. Example: WordPress App |
Metadata URL | Provide the Metadata URL from the Service Provider Metadata tab of the plugin |
- Click on Save to save your configuration.
- You can add any other custom Attribute Mapping and/or Metadata Overrides that are necessary.
- Then click on Update.
You have successfully configured ClassLink as SAML IDP (Identity Provider) for achieving ClassLink SSO login into your WordPress (WP) Site.
