BlueJeans SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) | Login into BlueJeans using WordPress


BlueJeans SSO - Login using WordPress Users (WP as SAML IDP) Plugin enables Single Sign-On (SSO) login into BlueJeans using WordPress Login credentials. In this guide we will Setup SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) with WordPress in BlueJeans by configuring BlueJeans as Service Provider (SP) and WordPress as Identity Provider (IDP).

Note: Premium Version of WP SAML IDP Plugin is required to set up SSO with BlueJeans.


  • Go to the WordPress IDP plugin, navigate to the IDP Metadata tab.
  • Here, you can find the Identity Provider Metadata URL /XML Metadata or endpoints like IDP Entity ID, SAML Login URL, SAML Logout URL (Premium Feature), Certificate for SP configuration.
Configure SAML SSO in BlueJeans (SP) with WordPress - BlueJeans WordPress SSO Login

  • Open a new browser tab or window, Log in to your BlueJeans account as Account Admin and access Admin console.
  • Navigate to Group Settings from the side menu, and click on the Security tab.
  • Click on SAML Single Sign On button & Check Enable automatic provisioning.
  • Enter the information into the corresponding fields:
Certificate Path Download the certificate from IDP Metadata, then click CHOOSE FILE to locate it and upload it.
Login URL Copy and paste the SAML Login URL from IDP Metadata tab
Password Change URL Enter the URL of your landing page
Logout URL Copy and paste the SAML Logout URL from IDP Metadata tab

  • Enter the attribute name for User ID, Email and other fields.
Name User Meta Data
User Id Userid
Email Email
Username Username
First Name FirstName
Last Name LastName
Configure SSO for BlueJeans SSO Login - BlueJeans WordPress SSO Login

  • Click on Save Changes.

You have successfully configured BlueJeans as Service Provider.


  • In the WordPress IDP plugin, navigate to the Service Provider tab and enter the values corresponding to the information from BlueJeans.
Service Provider Name BlueJeans
SP Entity ID or Issuer Copy and paste the entityID from BlueJeans's Metadata file
ACS URL Copy and paste the Location from BlueJeans's Metadata file
NameID Format urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent
Assertion Signed Check to sign the SAML Assertion
Default Relay State Copy and paste Relay State URL from BlueJean's
Configure WordPress - BlueJeans WordPress SSO Login

  • Click on the Save button to save your configuration.

  • In the WordPress IDP plugin, navigate to the Attribute/Role Mapping tab.
  • In the User Attributes section, enter the following information and click on Save .
  • You can also add more attributes by clicking on + sign to add attributes.
