Guide to Integrate Spotify Login in Prestashop | Store SSO
Spotify Login for PrestShop module
Enabling Spotify login on your PrestShop Store will allow your users to login easily with their existing Spotify account.
Step 1: Configure Spotify Social Login In Prestashop Module :
- Go to Spotify developers dashboard Click Here Login with your Spotify developer account.
- Click on Create A CLIENT ID.
- Enter Application name and other details about the application and click on Next button.
- Click on Commercial/non-Commercial option after that click on next.
- Under Client Redirect URI section, Enter Callback URL (from your social login Instructions) and click on Add button to save your configurations.
- view your client Id and client Secret (Refer to the image below).
Step 2: Configure Spotify app for login to Prestashop :
- Install Social Login Module by miniOrange. Then go to Module Manager.
- Once you have installed it, click on Configure to go to the Social login application dashboard. Here, please click on Spotify.
- Copy the Client Id and Client Secret form above setup and Paste them into the fields in Instructions.
- Click on the Save button to save the credentials. Then, Click on the Test Configuration button.
- A notification from the app will pop-up that the test configuration was successful. That means your Custom app was set properly.
- Go to the App Dashboard and click on the toggle button on Spotify icon to activate Spotify login button so that people can sign-in to your store using Spotify.
- Now, You can see the Spotify social Login button is activated on your PrestaShop Store. This will allow users to connect to your store using Spotify.
