How to set up Shopify Custom Registration Form for your Shopify store
Shopify custom registration form allows you to setup a customized registration form for your shopify customers.

This app enables SMS notifications to store customers and/or store admins during new account creation, new order placed, order completion, order cancelled, order payment, order updated and many more. Send customized messages to all store customers.
1. Setup miniOrange Customer Account Creation Form
- Go to your shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes
- Find the theme you want to edit and then click Customize
- Navigate to the page and section where you want to add the reistration form
- Click on Add Block
- From the dropdown menu in App section, select the miniOrange Registration form app block or click the searchbar and enter miniOrange Registration form
- Click Save
2. To Add Phone Field on Default Account creation form
- Go to the miniOrange Resgistration Form tab as shown in the screenshot below.
- Click on Add Phone Field to create Default Customer Account Creation Form
- Toggle phone_field to enable/disable Phone Field
