Step 1: Configure Disqus Social Login into Your WordPress

Follow the steps below to configure Disqus login in WordPress

  • Go to https://disqus.com/api/applications/ Sign in with your Disqus account.
  • Click on registering an application.

  • Then enter name of your application in Label field.Enter description and organization name in respective fields.And enter URL as Website (from your social login Instructions).

  • Click on Register my application button.
  • Enter the Callback URL (from your social login Instructions) in the Callback URL. Click on Save Changes.

  • Click on Details from the top menu bar.
  • Copy the API Key and API Secret from this page and Paste them into the Client ID and Client Secret fields above.

    • Copy the Client Id and Client Secret form above setup and Paste them into the fields in Instructions.

  • Now, You can see the Disqus Social Login button is activated on your WordPress Website. This will allow users to connect to your website using Disqus.
