Steps to Configure WordPress User Restriction based on user presence in Discord server/channel.

Step 1: Configure Discord User Restriction in WordPress

Follow the steps below to configure User Restriction in WordPress website based on user presence in Discord Serve using Discord Integration Addon in WordPress

• First and importantly, create a Discord custom application. You can refer to the guide to setup custom application from Discord.
• Now, from the left-hand menu, select the bot tab. To add a bot, click the Add Bot button.

• Copy and paste the Token into the Bot Token Key field.

• Copy the ID from your Discord server by right-clicking on the server name. In the Guild ID field, paste it.

• Select the following permissions in the URL generator section of the OAuth2 section.

• In a new tab, copy and paste the newly formed URL. You'll be asked to join a Discord channel. Select a server and provide it administrator rights. The Bot will be added to your Discord Server

Step 2: User Restriction in WordPress based on user present in Discord Server

• If a user who is not a member of your discord server tries to log in or register using Discord Social Login in WordPress, they will be denied access and redirected to the notice page.

• In the second scenario, the user is on the Discord server. When the same user tries to login/register on your WordPress site using Discord Social login, he is granted access.

• In the third situation, if a person is removed from the Discord server, he will be automatically logged out of the WordPress website and will no longer have access to it.
