Steps for users to configure Passkey

During the first login, users are prompted to configure two-factor authentication methods. This includes the miniOrange Push Notification method, which we will set as the default login form of WordPress.

• Go to the Login page and enter the user’s login credentials.

• Choose the miniOrange Push Notification radio button. You are prompted to configure a two-factor method while logging in for the very first time.

• A QR code will be displayed on the screen. Open the miniOrange Authenticator app, tap Add Account, and scan the QR code to link your account. Ensure that your phone is connected to the internet.

• Now, you must carefully store the backup codes provided to you. These codes will help you log in when you become locked out of your account for any reason.
• Click Finish Setup to complete.

• The user has successfully logged into the account.

• Once the miniOrange Push Notification method is set up for your account, you can use the miniOrange Authenticator app to approve the login request during your next login. Approving the notification will allow you to log in successfully.
