How to set up 2FA on Custom login form | WordPress



Follow these steps to Setup 2FA on Custom login form.


  • Click on the miniOrange 2 Factor plugin from the left side menu.

  • Go to the Form Integration tab.
  • WordPress 2fa login - Go form integration tab


  • Scroll down to the custom login forms section.
  • Enter the URL of the login page in the URL of Login Form field.

  • Go to the login form and Inspect the Email/Username field.
  • Copy the Email field selector.
  • WordPress 2fa login - copy Username field


  • Enter the Email selector in the Email Selector Field.
  • Similarly, enter all the login form field selectors in the respective input fields.

    Attribute Selector
    Name input[name=nameValue]
    Class .classname
    ID #idname
  • Click on the Save Settings button.
  • WordPress 2fa login - Click save settings button


  • 2FA has been integrated for your login form, verify it once.
  • Go to your login form.
  • Enter your login credentials and click on the Login button.
  • WordPress 2fa login - Click login button


  • The 2FA method that you have configured that particular method will be prompted.
  • Enter the security code from the Authenticator app in the provided field.
  • Click on the Validate button.
  • WordPress 2fa login - enter verification code
  • You will be logged in successfully.

  • In case of multiple login pages/urls enter the urls separated by comma.
  • Click on the Save Settings button. 2FA will be applied on all the URLs.
  • WordPress 2fa login - enter another form url
