How to configure Settings in the Login popup tab of the miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication plugin for WordPress?

This guide helps customize the 2FA login pop-up in the miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication plugin. You can upload your own branding logo and design the 2FA login popup to match your website. This provides a secure and fully branded two-factor authentication (2FA) experience for your users.

Let's explore how an administrator can configure the settings in the Login Popup tab to customize the branding logo and the 2FA login popup for users.

In this setting, you can customize your own branding logo on the 2FA login pop-up.

  • Go to the White Labelling tab in the miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication plugin, and then click on the Login Popup subtab.

  • Click on the Choose File button and select your logo from the file.

  • Click on the Upload Logo button.
  • You can see a preview of the uploaded logo.

  • Go to your login form, enter your login credentials, and click on the Login button. (Users will be prompted to configure a two-factor authentication method during their first login.)
  • Then, click on the Save Settings button.

  • To Configure 2FA, the user can select any method from the list. (I have already set up the Google Authenticator method.)
  • During the login, the user will see a pop-up to enter the 2FA code.
  • The branding logo you uploaded will be visible on the pop-up.

  • Go to the White Labelling tab in the miniOrange 2-Factor Authentication plugin, and then click on the Login Popup subtab.

  • Go to the ‘Use Custom 2FA Login Popup’ setting.
  • You can customize the 2FA login pop-up the way you want just by clicking on the Select Color buttons.
  • Then, click on the Save Settings button.

  • During the login, the user will see a customized pop-up to enter the 2FA code.
