Login with Discord for PrestaShop

Follow the steps below to configure Discord Social login in PrestaShop
Configure Discord Social Login
- Go to Discord developers console by clicking here and Sign up/Login with your Discord developer account.
- Go to the Discord Developers apps page and click on New App button.
- Enter the App Name and click on Create.
- Click on OAuth2 from left section menu.
- Click on Add Redirect and enter the redirect URL (from instructions) in redirect URL field.
- Copy your Client ID and your Client Secret and save it in your Social Login App on PrestaShop. (under client id and client secret field respectively).
Step 2: Setup Discord login in PrestaShop Module :
- Install Social Login Module by miniOrange. Then go to Module Manager.
- Once you have installed it, click on Configure to go to the Social login application dashboard. Here, please click on Discord.
- Copy the Client Id and Client Secret from the Discord Developer and Paste them into the fields in Discord Login Instructions screen on the Social login app.
- Click on the Save button to save the credentials. Then, Click on the Test Configuration button.
- A window will appear and ask you to login to your Discord account. This is to Test Configuration for Discord. Login with the account which you used to register the account in Discord for Developer. Press the Continue as button to complete the login process.
- A notification from the app will pop-up that the test configuration was successful. That means your Custom app was set properly.
- Go to the App Dashboard and click on the toggle button on Discord icon to activate Discord login button so that people can sign-in to your store using Discord.
- Now, You can see the Discord social Login button is activated on your PrestaShop Store. This will allow users to connect to your store using Discord.
Step 3: Display Options for Social Login Icons :
- Navigate to Display Options and you will find all the available display options where you can display social login icons.
- Select all the options where you want to display social login icons.
- All of the sections that have been enabled in the display options section will have social login icons displayed.
