To transfer the report submission into the Salesforce CRM, Gravity Forms were integrated in such a way that the data through the Gravity Forms are instantly synchronized to their corresponding Salesforce object (in this scenario, it would be cases).

By providing an Object Mapping interface, this plugin allows you to map your specific Gravity Form to your Case Salesforce Object. The attribute mapping provides you the ability to map the fields present in your Gravity form to your respective Salesforce Case object fields.

Solution 2

To display cases recorded or updated in Salesforce CRM on the website, each Salesforce record was synchronized with the WordPress site as a custom post. Whenever a record is created or updated in Salesforce, the changes are instantly reflected on the WordPress site.

Whenever an update is made to an existing Case record or a new Case record is created. This triggers the automation flow, which further initiates the action of sending the Outbound Message for that Case record to the WordPress site. The Outbound Message encapsulates the values for those Salesforce fields for which the Outbound has been configured. The plugin captures the Outbound Message in real-time and creates/updates the data in the corresponding WordPress post type.
