Steps to Configure Line Social Login into PrestaShop

Step 1: Add miniOrange Social Login Module to your PrestaShop Store :

Follow the steps below to configure Line Social login in PrestaShop

 Configure Line Social Login

• Go to Social Login Module for PrestaShop on PrestaShop marketplace. Click on Add to cart to install it on your store.

• Once you have installed it, it will take you to the Module Manager tab.

• Click on Configure button.

• To Setup a custom app for Line, please follow the steps below.

Step 2: Configure Line app for login to PrestaShop :

• Download the Line Application(app) and sign up/login into the app in the mobile.
• Go to Line Developer Account
• Click on login with LINE Account then either use Login credential of your mobile application or Select New QR code login and scan the code through mobile phone.

• On create channel page, from channel type dropdown select LINE login, Enter all the required fields and click on web for App type.

• After all the details are filled check the Line developers agreement and then click on Create button.

• Click on LINE login tab and edit callback URL. Paste the Callback URL from instructions page.

• Click on Basic setting tab, Copy your Channel ID and Channel Secret from basic information section.

Step 3: Setup Line login in PrestaShop Module :

• Install Social Login Module by miniOrange. Then go to Module Manager.
• Once you have installed it, click on Configure to go to the Social login application dashboard.

• This will take you to the social login dashboard. Here, please click on Line.

• Copy the Channel Id and Channel Secret from the Line Developer and Paste them into the fields in Line Login Instructions screen on the Social login app.

• Click on the Save button to save the credentials. Then, Click on the Test Configuration button.

• A notification from the app will pop-up that the test configuration was successful. That means your Custom app was set properly.

• Go to the App Dashboard and click on the toggle button on Line icon to activate Line login button so that people can sign-in to your store using Connect with Line.

• Now, You can see the Line social Login button is activated on your PrestaShop Store. This will allow users to connect to your store using Line.

Step 4: Display Options for Social Login Icons

• Navigate to Display Options and you will find all the available display options where you can display social login icons.

• Select all the options where you want to display social login icons.

• All of the sections that have been enabled in the display options section will have social login icons displayed.
