It supports a wide range of content formats including on-demand, live streaming, and advertising. The Shopify Uscreen integration connects Shopify to Uscreen, a video monetization service. With this integration, merchants can easily add Uscreen's video content to their Shopify store, monetizing their videos and creating a new revenue stream. Customers can also buy and watch videos directly from their Shopify stores. The integration gives merchants access to Uscreen's analytics and marketing tools, making it easier to track and optimise video performance.
Pre-requisite : Store as IDP - SSO Login Application
To configure SSO into Uscreen platform with Shopify as IDP, you will need to install the miniOrange Store as IDP- SSO Login Application on your store
miniOrange Provides Secure Single Sign-On (SSO) access to your web services/application using Shopify Store as IDP.
Follow the Step-by-Step Guide given below for configuring SSO into Uscreen platform using Shopify Store as
IDP
1. Get Uscreen API key
- Reach out to Uscreen and get the API key to access the Uscreen API.
2. Configure Single Sign on (SSO) in Shopify
- Now go to your Shopify store and navigate to App section and click on Single Sign On - SSO Login to Apps application. You will be redirected to the application dashboard.
- From the left navigation bar select Apps and click on Add Application button.
- Navigate to API Integration tab and select IDP as Uscreen from the list.
- Fill out the fields by refering the below table.
- Click on the Save button to save your configuration.
- Now navigate to Select option and choose Edit tab.
- Copy the Single Sign-On URL as shown in the below screen
- Now, you just have to click on the SSO URL to Single Sign-On into the Uscreen platform using your Shopify store credentials.
