How does our Annual model Licensing work?

The WordPress IDP Premium plugin is an annual subscription, and the pricing depends on the number of SSO-provisioned users and the number of Service Providers. Any user who performs the SSO at least once is counted as an SSO-provisioned user. With our WordPress SAML IDP SSO solution, once you reach 80% of your purchased user license limit, you will automatically receive an email notification on your registered email address. At this point, you can reach out to us at wpidpsupport@xecurify.com or use the support form in the plugin, and we will assist you with the upgrade. After the license expiry, there will be a 15-day grace period to renew your license; otherwise, the SSO will be disabled.

How does our Monthly model Licensing work?

The monthly subscription option operates similarly to the annual one, the difference is that it follows a postpaid billing model, meaning you are billed after the designated period based on the number of Active SSO users for that month.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

If you decide to cancel or not renew your license, your plugin will stop working.

How do I get a refund ?

At miniOrange, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If the plugin you purchased is not working as advertised and you've attempted to resolve any issues with our support team, which couldn't get resolved. What happens if I do not renew my license?

If you decide to cancel or not renew your license, your plugin will stop working.

How do we calculate the number of users when determining the price?

These are the users who use the SSO in any of the configured applications at least once. If you have 1000 users registered on your WordPress site and only 200 out of 1000 users will be using the SSO service then you will just need to purchase the license for 200 users. Once the SSO user count is reached 80% you will receive an email from miniOrange to upgrade the SSO user limit.

Does miniOrange offer support in setting up the plugin?

Yes, we provide 24*7 support for setting up the plugin and resolving any issues you might face while using the plugin. You can get prioritized support based on the Support Plan you have opted for. You can check out the different Support Plans from here.

Does miniOrange store any user data?

miniOrange does not store or transfer any data which is coming from the WordPress site to the Service Provider. All the data remains within your premises / server.

What is one instance?

A WordPress instance refers to a single installation of a WordPress site. It refers to each individual website where the plugin is active. In the case of a single site WordPress, each website will be counted as a single instance. License is linked to the domain of the WordPress instance, so if you have dev-staging-prod type of environment then you will require 3 licenses of the plugin (with discounts applicable on pre-production environments).

Does miniOrange provide developer license for paid plugin?

We do not provide the developer license for our paid plugins and the source code is protected. It is strictly prohibited to make any changes in the code without having written permission from miniOrange. There are hooks provided in the plugin which can be used by the developers to extend the plugin's functionality.

Which apps can I connect to using WordPress as a SAML Identity Provider?

You can connect WordPress to apps like Tableau Cloud, Zoom, Zoho, Moodle, FreshDesk, Congnito, and many more using SAML 2.0. Once configured, users can log in to these apps using their WordPress credentials without separate logins. To further understand how to configure these, refer to our guides.
